And from cdjapan, I'd pay around $50/ $60

It only sells japanese releases... I think its japanese, right?
So it should boost your artist sale in Japan.

BoA's Waiting used to give me that feeling too, so, this year, two friends of mine, when they listened to the song, they said their parents used to listen to that song, but in portuguese, of course

You probably confused yourself. The song which is sort of similar to sk8ter boi is Younha's My Lover, not Comet. None of her songs rips melodies from other songs, though.
