From KBS. Funny, but also disappointing I think that she has to sound newbie in the Japanese language!
"A Japanese film titled On This Sunday starring Korean singer Yun-ha will open in Japan in mid-April. Yun-ha will make personal appearances in Tokyo and Osaka on April 11 and 12th to promote the film. She has already attended the premier at the FM Hall in Tokyo last Thursday. Director Satoki Kenmochi said that when he saw Yun-ha on TV singing, he felt that she was the female lead he was looking for.
At the premier Yun-ha said that the hardest part was pretending to speak poor Japanese. In the film her character is a Korean student, who struggles to adapt to life in Japan. Yun-ha is actually very fluent in Japanese. She also sings the films title song Over the Rainbow.
The male lead of the film is played by Japans renowned kabuki actor Somegoro Ichikawa. Its still unknown whether the film will be shown in Korea."

she must be so frustrated..
now i really want to watch the movie eventhough i didnt understand a thing..
younha quite busy..she has to go back and forth from japan to korea..
so,we got her schedule for mid-april..
11/4-12/4 in japan...promote her movie..
13/4..her korean mini album released..she must be in korea to promote it,right?
any info about her mini album?she's so quiet..reminds me of the times when she preparing for her someday album..

HA, this reminds me of part of a real article last year of which this part I was reminded of:
...Younha is also a freshman studying Japanese at the Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. Her Japanese is now advanced, but on her first visit to Japan, with only beginners Japanese, she tried out her skills on the wrong person ― an immigration officer.
He asked her some routine questions, including one about whether she was carrying a weapon or drugs. She pretended that she was a fluent speaker of Japanese and said, Atarimaedesu, meaning Of course.
She meant to say, Of course not, and her mistake won her three hours of detention at the airport.

The date 22th Mars seems odd to me. It must be broadcasting date and not airing date. But still it feels like it was long ago she sang those song as well as looked that way!

Just to shed some light on the performance dates, the Gossip Boy performance is from last October… I have another video of it on my computer, and it's listed as 10/17/08. (I can't find it on YouTube, though that's where I would have gotten it… >_<) Since it looks like the Telepathy performance is from the same show, I'd assume that's also from 10/17/08.
I know this isn't very credible, but I hope it helps. :/

It always makes me glow a little inside when anyone praises Younha. Especially a source like Seoulbeats, which has no problem dishing out snark when they see fit. Knowing that they don't refrain from pointing out celebrities' shortcomings, hearing them praise Younha makes me quite happy. ^_^
On the other hand, one certain prominent writer on allkpop.com seems to ridicule Younha. Then again, from his track record, as far as I can tell, he considers talent as if as an afterthought (if at all), and instead focuses almost exclusively on appearance/sexuality. Knowing this, I don't know why it bothers me that he thinks lowly of Younha, but I still find it painful.
Of course it's unreasonable to expect or hope that everyone is enamored with Younha. Still, I honestly think she's among the best the Kpop scene has to offer right now.

I agree that this allkpop writer cares mostly about the appearance but in my eyes, Younha is as cute as anything! Admittedly she has improved her image a lot since the beginning (Go Younha) so I guess I can understand that people may not think she's pretty but one thing is for sure; everyone agrees that she has an incredible voice!
Can't wait for the new album and Younha's comeback on the music shows!
p.s. I hope she collabs with K.Will again sometime. When they did this 2 years ago it was an incredible performance (on Special Stage).

if by "one prominent writer of allkpop" you mean johnydrama (or something like that), don't mind him. that thing is trash... a complete idiot, chauvinist pig, and a first class Richard-he@d!!! he is the reason i don't visit that site...
yeah, younha is in seoulbeat's top3 smartest celebs... a bit surprised there... i knew she was smart but didn't realize, she was that smart, hehehe.
