i guess sm did turn her down. i read on wiki that she's been declined by many recording labels because she wasn't "pretty enough".

WOAH! Younha bet Wonder Girls!! Though Younha debuted earlier than the Wonder Girls, Younha was actually younger than two of them when she debuted. Younha debuted when she's 17...in 2005. She's so talented! She's be back next week competing...that means we will get to hear her more!

omg younha's voice is so amazing when she sings in english i always get the goosebumps ^^. Her voice is so pure and unique and very noticeable. I like that shes not imitation and shes not copying any other artist's vocals...its like her own style =). Her english is really good i'm really amazed on "can't fight the moonlight" her voice is very powerful =).

I wish she did an english version of "Delete" and "Password 486"

Younha's singing a korean song... '????'. I heard this song before, but I just can't remember where I heard it from. It sounds like an OST from a drama. Does anyone remember? 'Can't Fight the Moonlight' and '????' are sang on Maybee's radio station.

Younha, who released her 1st album � A Perfect Day for Love Declaration�, shared her experience when she met Wheesung for the first time.

Wheesung wrote the lyrics of Younha�s 1st album title track �Password 486� and �Young Desire�.

When Younha learned that Wheesung would personally direct her during recording, she could not help but be super nervous.

�Because I heard that IVY cried during her recording with Wheesung, I was so tensed and made 3 round trips to the restroom. But when I finally met him, he was really kind and like an older brother. I would still like to work with him in the future�, Younha shared.

I like Younha's voice and there's no doubt that she has talent...but I don't see what's so special about the two songs she has released in korea. I'm going to have to listen to her entire album to make up my mind but from what I have hear so far, her songs are nice to listen to but very generic, nothing spectacular or amazing. It almost seems like a waste knowing the talent she has. Ever since she debuted in korea it seems like she's conforming even more in order to blend in with the mainstream group. The two songs that I actually like were Japanese singles
She has enough individuality to stand out from the crowd, but like I said, nothing special (aside from the fact that she can outsing the majority of popular korean singers) but it's not merely vocal talent that's gonna get you to the top, you need to have the songs to make the impression which many singers, in my opinion, fail to achieve.

^ I think Younha's different because I always hear ballads, r&b, hip-hop, from Korean artists, so her piano-pop-rock is different from what I normally hear from Korean artists.
