we usually use the veggie one cuz its not as bad as the olove oil one but we do use olive oil when we have to make something that requires that kinda oil. yea its wierd but some foof will taste differently if u dont use olive oil.

I have sesame oil, vegetable oil, and canola oil in my kitchen. I also have a small bottle of olive oil (infused with white truffles) that I brought back from Italy, but my mom hasn't used it and isn't going to anytime soon. tongue.gif

My mom uses corn and vegetable oil. She sometimes drizzle some olive oil on fish that already had been cooked. I also like seasame oil as flavoring on vegetables (especially gai-lan, a Chinese vegetable), and ramen.

Olive oil for cooking in terms of pan frying/saute/stir fry (Extra virgin for salad dressings)

Canola Oil for baking/deep frying/rarely salad dressings when the flavor of the oil should not be so dominant

and ghee is butter basically and it's used in Indian cooking. I forgot how its made but its something like you cook down the butter so that it actually seperates and you use one of the layers
