Eye Surgery~ surgery that changes the shape of your eyes?

I just came accross this article where they were rating the features of Korean celebrities and they said that double eye lids these days are not enough to "give you pretty eyes or make you pretty" but instead you also need (recommanded) to change the shape of your eyes in order to look better. ...
NOW HERE'S THE QUESTION: what surgery exactly can change the shape of your eyes (eg. from round to long) and are they commom
(easy to find) and also price?

Another side note here, what country is best known for good eye lid surgery results and that kind of things in general?

don't quote me on this but i think there is a surgery where they cut the corner of your eyelids to enlarge your eyeshape.... ive only heard about it in passing once so probably not very valid =X

Also, they can cut outter and inner corners, so your eyes can get "larger"

The eyelid, being open cut, can give you a more round look.
Being close cut, a more almond look.
