Lg Vu Or Samsung Instinct?

Samsung Instinct looks better and I think the reviews are a bit better than the Vu, plus the Instinct has won awards. However, I believe you have purchase the $100 data plan with the Instinct. Maybe, the Dare might be a better option for you. The Dare comes with a great camera, plus I don't believe you need to purchase a data plan.
