Alright so, everyone knows what kind of discoveries in our food that can make
everyone lose their appetites (such as hair). But has anyone made a discovery
that just made you wanna SERIOUSLY VOMIT?!
Today, my dad made an enormous pot of chicken soup and I ate a bowl.
After I finished it, I went to the pot with a ladel and was fishing around the
pot for some pieces of chicken when the ladel came back up holding...
A CHICKEN'S HEAD.
1.) I gave a silent shriek inside my head.
2.) I will have a hard time eating chicken again.

GOSHHH!!! I STILL HAVE GOOSEBUMPS.

i think i was done eating, but there was still some left..
i was eating stew & there was like.. a cow nose on one of the meatballs X:

^ if you mean "porridge type of thing" like congee then some chinese people like to eat chicken feet with it. Keyword being some.

I get turned off from food to when I find weird ingredients in it... I once found an eyeball (not human!) and I instantly stopped eating it - I think it was soup.

ehh well...chicken head in a pot of chicken soup isn't THAT big of a deal....well for me, becuase im not eating the head or pieces of it while im drinking the soup.

butttt....fishing around a pot of soup and discovering a cockroach would be shocking

i don't find pigs feet or chicken feet/head very disturbing. o__o
i've seen a lot of that in chinese foods. and plus i like chicken feet. XD
what i find disturbing is a really big cockroach in food.
but i've never found anything disturbing enough to make me throw up or stop eating.

I was in a chinese restaurant, and I was eating a mushroom, bok choy and beef dish. it kinda has a lot of liquid in it too. so I was chewing a piece of bok choy and I looked down at my plate. and lo and behold, what was floating in the liquid? an ant that had wings on it. it was so gross. I didn't eat anything else in the restaurant after that. and the really gross part is that when I showed the bug my brother and my parents, they just shrugged it off and continued eating the food.

jeffword: in taiwan and china chicken feet is actually a pretty common dish. I've never eaten it before but my cousins from there always make chicken feet when they visit.

I got this chicken piece in my bowl and started eating it until I realized that it was........Chicken's thingy and it smell!

My mom said probably those ladies in the market didn't clean it well and didn't take out that part.

I don't have a problem with animal parts in soups or anything as long as I don't have to eat them.
it's more like hair for me and bugs.

Anyway, several years ago, I was eating some fried noodles at a restaurant and when I was almost finished, I found a gigantic fly with the huge body in my plate. I stopped eating and never went to that restaurant again...

I got a Bagler from school once, which is basically a bagel in the shape of a hollow stick filled with cream cheese. They're yummy. But this one, I ate half of it and then noticed part of it was moldy... and I already ate half of it...

it was chopped into small pices so i thought it was chicken.

i was eating fried chicken not knowing from what part of its body it was. it was coated so yea i couldn't really guess then my sister told me it was the chicken's arse part and i almost spit the food on the table. ewwww.

I was eating a piece of vegetable once..I took a bite and was still chewing
then looked at it and saw half of a maggot-looking bug there.
guess where the other half went.........

Not me, but my friend ate jajangmyun (korean noodles with black beanpaste) in Korea..
it was a takeout so she ate it at home, but after she finished there was a cockroach at the bottom of the bowl.
Yeah, she called the restaurant and complaint about.
The ppl were like, "oh..would you like another bowl then?"

She stays away from jajangmyun now XD

Hahas, a chickens head. I would be okay with that in my bowl. What I once found when I was eating rice...MAGGOTS! No, I didnt eat one. I saw it and said yuck! It took me a while to eat rice again.

well...........................
there was the water jug on the counter, the slide door near the kitchen was open and stuff, i felt thirty so i pour a cup of water.
I took a sip and felt something flakely in my mouth and i just thought it was nothing so i swallowed... then i took another sip this time it was a bit bigger but still thin flakey.....i took out the flakely thing and it was like brown and crisp but pretty small...
i shrugged and then i took another sip experiencing the same thing, the water was still in my mouth. I took a look for the first time in my cup and there was a DEAD MASSIVE FLY~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~!!! in the water and i like sprayed out the water...........
i was like choking sugiegjreliuagjhljakhdfg (i'm spazzing just thinking about it!><)
i like threw the cup at the same time....*shiver*
don't forget i gargled~!

so................... since then i've been looking at my drink before i take a sip hehe^^

usually i stop eating when i see flies in my food...
if its hair than i'll take the chunk of food to throw..
