Okay, sooooo I just bought a new printer && Yes seriously need it to work!

Okay I know my printer basically won't work BECAUSE my printer spooler is not running BUT I downloaded the Windows Resource Kit Tools, attempted to run the cleanspl.exe utility yet only receiving the result of a Window pop up that looks a little something like this:

I've researched around...hhmmpphhh...

So yes, I ran the services.msc to check if the services were running, which I found my Printer Spooler to be stopped and the start-up not on Automatic. So I then changed the start-up, making sure it was on Automatic, although when trying to start the service status, I only received a window like this:

So yep...PLEASE HELP? I'm so confused! All I know is that this whole thing won't work.

&& Yes I'm not good at this, if you haven't noticed LOL, BUT PLEASE IF YOU CAN BE KIND ENOUGH, PLEASE HELP ME! ):

You have no idea how much I'd really appreciate it!

Might be easiest to try reinstalling the drivers
I believe these are the drivers for your printer http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwar...8342&dlc=en

This might also be useful reading http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Why_does_%27Erro...r_in_Windows_XP
