I really, really want to get this phone...
It's a triband 3G, and YesAsia sells the unlocked version for $830+ T_T

I was wondering if anybody knew if this phone could be used under AT&T?

I got this phone in HK and it works in Canada since it supports GSM network tri band(Im with Rogers). Im pretty sure as long as you are either Tmobile or AT&T (since they use sim cards right?) then you should be ok.

How much did you buy it for though?
I kind of don't feel like paying $830 off the internet for a phone sleep.gif

Yeah but the main one is 850 (1900 used for roaming) so unless you're in a 1900 heavy area, you're out of luck. And try looking at the howard forums and ebay instead of Yesasia. Phones on Yesasia are extremely overpriced. ._.

personally i dont think it's worth it

i can't stand triband phones, i'd rather have 850 and 1900 just in case...and better reception. But people in urban area seem to run okay with triband phones though

sx862 does have a beautiful screen though! but feature wise, not enough to justify the price (in my opinion)

but yes it will work with AT&T

^ yeah, I looked up about the bands that AT&T supports. Maybe I should give up and try getting a quad-band instead?

And I was planning on getting it sometimes next year, at least when the price drops a few XP
Is there any phones under the GSM network that has a twist screen like SX862?

i dont know about the lack of 850, i've had my 903SH for quite a while and i cant complain but then again, i live in a urban area. The sx862 will probably be my next phone !
