so then, I print the screen and paste it into Paint.
After that, I crop the picture and save it separately. The problem is, the file size of the cropped pictures are so huge.
For example, they range from 300-600 KB
and since I have slow internet connection, it takes me forever to upload the photos...
does anyone know how to resize the file into a smaller size?

Never mind, I figured out how to resize the photos.
I have to compress the pictures *using Microsoft Office Photo Manager*
so that sizes my picture file down to 20 KB or so..
