hey guys. so i just bought a new dell computer...at first there was internet, but then after 10 minutes i couldn't go on msn or browse internet pages...my computer said there was internet, but i couldnt go on the web. msn's troubleshooter said that they couldnt locate the keyports or something, and there was something wrong with the default gateway, like it wasn't turned on. do you guys know anything about it? thanks in advance!

are you using a wireless or cabled router, if using a router?
some routers have a tendency to blank out once in a while, but probably reconnecting the wires should fix it...

Is your Internet using Dynamic or Static Addressing?
