1. Decrease your eating portportions
2. Don't eat after seven
3. Don't sleep right after you eat
4. Try to sleep before ten
5. Excercise daily (vods suggestions at bottom)
- in the morning before breakfast (early morning)
- hour of running/power walking
6. Be active
7. Put pressure on your stomach constantly
8. Don't eat fast food (don't go out to eat) as much. Once in a while is okay
9. HAVE CONFIDENCE! (YOU CAN DO IT)

This is just how i do and i have been seeing progress so i mean it might not work for some but it does for me.

The second half is mostly for diet
i have used this, i guess i wansnt really doing it correctly so it
didnt really go anywhere, but if you like yoga i think it will work
its really relaxing and fun to do though.
