what export settings do you guys use? I dont want it too big, the length is only about 2 minutes.....i tried quickpro to ntsc i think, and converted it to .wmv, file size was pretty good, about 100mb, but the quality and sound was not up to par

i exported as a .mov and it was along the lines of 400mb, way too big,

just wonderinf if anyone had any good settings to share when exporting from avid.
