MOCHI CHEESE GRATIN
Mochi rice cake baked with light soy dashi broth and mozzarella cheese

Last saturday i went to SHOKUDO (restaurant) last week with Japanese/Fusion food...
& there was this one dish that caught my taste buds was the MOCHI CHEESE...

Let me tell you...It was the best thing that ever entered my mouth...im not joking O.O
i went wild over this thing lol

Its baked with mochi and tons of cheese on top. Then it's topped with shredded nori and green onion.

When you bite into it the mochi is all sticky and chewing and goes great with the cheese since they almost have that chewy texture!
mmmmmm~ melted mochi and Cheese biggrin.gif

But theres no other way i can describe it...its so good...You should go try it! lol

that looks delicious. makes me want to go to shokudo. i have never eaten there before.

i love cheese.. espicially when its cooked
