WOW I can't believe these guys don't have an official thread on Soompi....till now x]!

WELCOME ALL RADWIMP(ers) HAHA ^^!!!!
If you've heard of RADWIMPS, hope you like them, if you haven't heard of them, give them a try :]!
They have a unique J-Rock style.
Their songs have interesting melodic choruses & sometimes consist of rap but most importantly, a fusing of their own funky elements along with it.
The lead singer's voice is quite nice to listen to, it's very soothing surprisingly.

I had grown a liking to their music after hearing オーダーメイド [Order Made].
That song actually ranked #1 on Oricon Charts & made it to the:

whoa, i didnt know there's thread dedicated to RADWIMPS on soompi..
i've been following this band's career for a while now and they've never ceased to amaze me

it's not like they're lack in talent or anything >.<
anyhow, has youjirou been living abroad or something ?
i mean his english pronunciation is flawless !

Best band ever. I fell in love with Order-Made, the video's awesome and if you're not moved by the lyrics then something's seriously wrong with you. =) I love their fast tracks as well--Guu no oto kinda reminds me of the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Other songs I love and highly recommend: Me Me She (!!!!), Setsunarensa, Saigo no uta, By My Side, Futarigoto, Kanashi, and a whole bunch of others I don't have titles to bec I can't read kanji. =(

So agreed. I don't know if it's the case in Japan, but they're kinda underrated (if that's even the right word) among overseas J fans. People should really listen to them, they're amazing.

i heard they have finished their college degrees already, i hope they continue to make more music ^^ and yeah, they're kind of underrated but they're really amazing!

and i somehow find Noda's hair kinda cute XD

I'm really surprised they haven't caught on much overseas...for me, i think radwimps are a really great blend of japanese and what i think is american rock. i love them so much!! sestuna rensa, order made, and 05410-(n) are some of my favorite songs. and noda can be very cute at times...

ah, this thread is kinda non-existant, but Radwimps are simply amazing.

The English usage kinda reminds me of Ellegarden, but they're not as heavy sounding.

What!!! why hasn't anyone posted on this thread for 8 months!!!
I just discovered RADWIMPS yesterday and i've already downloaded all their alumbs....
OMG they're so good, i can't believe i haven't heard of them before

Noda Youjirou's english is super good...in some of the songs his voice reminds me of Jason Mraz...does anyone notice this, or am i just crazy?!
