My mom or my boyfriend usually cooks the most.
Mostly my mom and me do the grocery shopping.
My mom and my boyfriend is the better cooker in the family^^
We don't really eat together. Mostly I eat it with my boyfriend most of the time >__<;;

It's good to know that mostly the votes I see about family eating together, that's sweet. I was wondering about those people, are they not independent? o.o Cause from what I know my sister is independent, so she doesn't really like eating when there's a lot of her friends eating it with her >__<;;

Me too food wise---my sisters do most of the cooking..they are great cook..1. they been cooking their whole life....2. I'm too busy I work during the day and I have class in the evening...but I do cook esp. on the weekends for myself...b.c my sisters don't stay home much on the weekends----everything else I pretty much do it myself. I do grocery shopping sometimes. In the past it used to be my sisters always do grocery shopping since I got a job, I help out a bit.

I'm very independent though. I don't never ask my sister for money or buy clothes for me.

when im at my dads, my dad does the shopping and cooking
and when im at home i usually pick out the food and my mom cooks it.
and sometimes i cook breakfast if my moms not up. my sister is too lazy to make her own food, unless its noodles.
my mom and dad are really great cooks and they'd probably get mad if i chose.
we usually eat whenever we want to. we don't eat as a family unless its christmas or thanksgiving

Not really. At home I don't, but if I'm having dinner with my bf and his family, I always eat with my bf, and a lot of the times we eat together with his family.

My mom usually cooks and leave it there in the fridge. She doesn't "cook for me". Lol.
And my brother cooks sometimes when my mom is busy.
And when EVERYONE is busy, and there is like literally nothing in the fridge, I cook.

But my mom is the best cook of us all. <3

me, mom, dad...depends on who's eating first LOL When I got to high school, it was kind of a "fend for yourself" type thing, except dinner. Usually one person would cook for dinner, and my mom would cook for herself...idk why....

Who buys the groceries?:
We all do, we buy for the stuff we want to make. Mostly my dad though, he gets all the major groceries
Or he goes and gets mom's orders. LOL

Who cooks best?:
Depends, my dad does good soul food, my mom does good (forgive me LOL...) Seoul food, and I can do both...

Do you eat together?:
Nope, never really have, except on holidays. My dad and I eat at the same time usually, just not together. My mom gets home later so she eats later. Plus she makes her own food, 'cause American food messes up her stomach (so she says...)

My dad usually buys the food and prepares it cos my mom is sleeping because she goes to work at night.
But when both of them are away to work, I make my own food.
I rarely eat out with my friends unless there's nothing good in my house.

I do the "basic" grocery shopping (milk, eggs, bread, etc) and my mom shops specifics (meat, fish, veggies, spices, etc). We all cook in the family..my parents made it a point to teach both my brother and I how to cook when we were in junior high school. I think it's because they wanted to go to work and not worry that we'll starve when we got home lol. We used to eat dinner together every night but as we got to college and started working part-time we'll eat if we happen to all be in the house at the same time lol.
