Is Biology A Good Major If You Wanna Get Into Pharmacy? just making sure

I'm a biology major (gonna be a soph in college in the fall) and i wanna know if biology is a good major if you wanna be a pharmacist later on in the future. I was thinking about changing to biochemistry but if i can stay with biology i want to but yeah

Biology is a very board and safe major for Pharmacy. To put simply, its not bad nor good. A lot of people do biochemistry/chemistry for Pharmacy, but its definitely not required. I say major in the subject that really interest you, because you will learn better that way. If this holds true for biology, then by all means stick with it.

i'm going to go into pharmacy and i'm majoring in biology...but i don't think pharmacy schools look at certain majors, so any major would be good as long as you get the pre-requisites done.

This is true.
They also look at all the classes you took. So if you took hard classes and passed them, it's a plus when looking through applications.

yes because most of the major requirements to graduate with a degree in bio are the same as the requirements needed to get into pharm school.

My sissy is in pharmacy and she did her undergrad in biology. ACCORDING TO HER its prolly one of the best options. She also had a friend that did his undergrad in biochem and he said it wasn't much fun haha, but its a better guarantee to get accepted.
