Some of my favorites:
Dynamic Duo (GAEKO. Possibly my favorite MC. Smooth-ass flow and versatility.)
CB Mass (Dynamic Duo before the split)
Buga Kingz (and Bobby Kim)
TBNY
Double K
독2 (a.k.a. Dok2, 도끼)
Verbal Jint
Drunken Tiger/Tiger.JK
T (Tasha)

There are a lot that I'm probably forgetting right now, but I'm more into the "funky" style of most of the Movement artists. (most notably Dynamic Duo and Buga Kingz)

I like a whole lot more than the aforementioned, but those are some of my favorite MCs.
(Heh, I kind of seem biased towards Movement, but there are a lot of non-Movement MCs I like, too.)

People that popped in my head when I heard that song you uploaded: Lexy, Hyori, and recent Son Dambi.

Something to listen to while you get better(?) answers that suit your taste.
Lexy - 하늘위로 feat. Kim Ji Eun
Lexy - Let me dance Ft. Teddy
Son Dambi - Bad Boy
Hyori - U Go Girl
Junjin - Wa

The songs I listed seem a bit more fresh and have a big more funk in them though.
Nonetheless, they're worth a try.
