See, I live in a town where the only nice cars you see are usually owned by retired elders..
Not to judge elderly people or anything, they can be totally aweeesomeee and all, but c'monnnn! I drive a hammydown from '96!

But anyway! What are some driving pet peeves that just tick you off? (Man, I love that face )
Please shareee!! Because I'm sure we can all relate!


Some of mine are:

People who drive below the speed limit. There's this road I take to where my parents work, and its one-lane. So if ONE car drives slow, we ALL have to drive slow. f;alsdkmg;dlkwagha;lkwa

Cars that have the most horrendous brake lights ever made. Like.. There's BARELY a difference between when they hit the breaks and don't. Because then I can't really tell that they're stopping except when my car is catching up with theirs too quickly.

People who cut you off and then slow down. Oh heckkk noooooo! *Finger wave*


But yeah, I'm sure someone has made a topic like this already but I couldn't find it, soo I just made this one.
If I did something wrong, (I'm still new), then feel free to delete this.

I find people that merge onto the freeway or highway at 30-40 mph (when the coast is clear) annoying because they slow down everyone behind them and they usually mess up traffic flow too.
I also HATE tail gators!

1. People that try to race you/cut you off/rev their engines/etc.
2. People that drive under the speed limit on a one way road.
3. People that don't signal while changing lanes.
4. People that come to a complete stop while making a turn.
5. People that can't park.

I'm sure there's a lot more...But I can't think of them right now >_>

1. ppl don't signal when they turn/change lane...i just want to slap them..!!!
2. ppl don't go when the lights turn yellow...
3. ppl drive SLOWWWW and wouldn't chng lane...
4. ppl drive Under or Right On speedy limit on one way rd...I have to deal w/ that every morning on the way to work....!

I tail gated someone for doing that (going heeeeecka slow up a pass onto the highway) and I got a freakin brake check. WTH?


1) I hate when people cut through traffic, like just going in-and-out lanes at any time, especially when...
2) They don't use lights when they go through traffic
3) CALIFORNIA TURNS.
4) Not merging into the correct lane when there's two left / two right turning lanes.

There's a lot more, but I can't remember off the top of my head right now.

I don't know if this counts as a "driving" pet peeve, but I hate it when I can't fit into my compact car - even with the driver's seat pulled all the way back - after I've spent a couple of hours eating at a buffet restaurant.

2. people dont look and merge, almost hitting ur car

So far, I would have to say people's whose brake lights do not work, people who road-rage, people who drive drunk, and those who are on the wrong side of the road?

Edit: I also hate those cars with loud modified engines that people drive along the suburban roads and do skids. =T

1. Stupid ricers who think they're cool and try to rev @ you and look "cool"
2. People who merge in front of you and then drive freaking slow.
3. People who drive like assholes. Driving WAY above speed limit and making S's in between lanes (constantly changing lanes when there's no need to). I esp hate it even more when these drivers are driving luxury cars, like a Lexus, for ex.
4. People who change lanes or merge w/o signaling

I hate it when people take a left turn or drive through intersections without yielding, I almost t-bone them and they wave at me for being courteous?

I hate semi trucks that force themselves in lanes. I almost lost my head and almost got rear ended because a semi truck didn't get in when he had the chance.

-people that don't look both ways before making a turn in an intersection

-people who don't stop at stop signs at intersections
-people who do not signal
-people who always tap their brakes at every intersection where there are no cars or stop signs
-people who drive between two lanes
-people who weave in lane
-people who are on the cell phone and almost run into and start flipping you off
-people who blast music excessively loud at night past 12am
-people who have obnoxiously loud exhausts
-people who have cars that blow smoke
-people who park too close to one side of the parking spot
-people who do not know how a circle works and runs the yield sign
-people who do not make right turns at red lights when no cars are coming and you are allowed to
-people who signal at the last minute
-people who honk because you are trying to make a left turn and they can't get around you when your car is already over the double orange lines
-people who speed excessively making you think they're gonna hit you as they approach the intersection
-people who do not move after the light changed to green because they are busy on the phone, daydreaming etc.
-people who hit your car with their doors while getting into their car in a parking lot
-people who park too close to your car making it hard for you to get into your car in the parking lot
-people who steal the parking spot you've been signaling and waiting for
-people who just can't drive period..



now i'm not the greatest driver in the world or anything but.. some of these things are very easy to avoid..out of all of these, i'd have to say cellphone use and HIDs blinding would be the things that piss me off the most.

-Trucks that move out of the way while i'm drafting them.
-People that want to race my n/a car on a straight. Man, doing that will suck a quarter of my tank. Be brave and haul ass on an on/off/merging ramp.
-Guys with long hair that look like girls.
-A group of cars that keep less than 1-carlength distance than each other. Open that space up and free up the traffic a bit...jeez.

tailgaiters, people who high beam me, people do drive with one hand on the gear shift like it's a manual when it's automatic , people who TALK ON THE CELL PHONE and drive HORRIBLY and then get mad at me when it's their fault!!! >___<, big trucks that think they can squeeze in ahead of me cuz they have a truck and i drive a tiny car. if you drive a truck, and your butt is in the next lane, and there are alot of cars in my lane behind me.. tough luck buddy, you're missing your turn. Cutting wasn't cool in high school, it still ain't cool now.
