hi! i go to rutgers nb right now..i'll be a junior.
the school is alright but the faculty are usually really unhelpful (i'm not sure if its only the science professors, but even the teachers for the grad requirements i had to take weren't that nice >.<) so you really have to do everything yourself, no one is going to be like, need some help (i.e. for guidance on what courses to take, prerequisites, etc.)
a definite pro is if you're looking for research work, there are so many options, just there's so many students, that's its kinda competitive.

ALSO...freshman dorms suck...lol at least they did for me, I didn't like sharing 4 shower stalls with 30 different girls >.<

Sounds accurate.
One of my close girlfriends attended RU for her freshman year and then hightailed it outta there as soon as she could tongue.gif but she also said it wasn't just the school itself that drove her mad -- half her HS graduating class also ended up at Rutgers and she said it was like high school all over again xD
