so basically i have been in korea and i have been putting in time about 15-25 hours weekly on the mats doing both Judo and Gong Kwon Yu Sul. when it comes to work out regiments i run about 2 kilometers daily and i plan to go move up to five kilometers every other days, i also do hindu push ups, traditional push ups, hindu squats, wrestlers bridges, crunches and leg raises. later on i intend to incorperate pull ups and chin ups in to my program but baby steps you know?
so basically can some people give me reccomendations every ones opinion will be respected but i would prefer advice frome wrestlers/judoka/BJJ practioners.

It is the Soldier who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and who's coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the protester to burn the flag.

creatine will get you ripped and big pretty quick, but if you don't cycle out of it correctly you're going mess yourself up BIG. it's like a super energy booster and will get you pumped. personally, i don't use it, but i know quite a few guys that do and they keep telling me to take it. >_>
just make sure you take some whey protein at least.

The basics... I will recommend the following.
Multivitamin (Controlled Labs Orange Triad; It's a multi, joint, digestion, and immunization complex)
Essential Fatty Acids (Animal Omega)
Protein (ON 100% Whey Protein)
Creatine/Nitric Oxide (Animal Pump)
Honestly, you don't need to cycle creatine. I personally do, but that month off sucks and I probably won't cycle off come time to do it again. I know people who don't cycle it and they are just fine. Also, after the loading phase you only need to take creatine (5g) 3 times a week.

yeah whey is good for after you go train, helps rebuild muscle. for joints a lot of people like to use glucosamine and chondroitin, but you need to use it for quite a while till you feel results. imo, cissus quadrangularis is better than the other two, and USPlabs makes a good cissus product (supercisssus rx), but you can find other cheaper ones as well.
