My friend would always have some big convo on MSN, invite tons of people. We'd chat. So this one person added me (friend's friend) from the convo and she talked like 495830945809 per second. She would never stop. But when I saw her at a mall, (my friend went to say hi to her) she was so quiet. Like she doesn't talk AT. ALL. When I got home, signed on, she started talking like nothing happened, every second.

But yea, are you one of those people who are 'so happy', talkative, etc online, but then when people meet you in real life, you're actually a different person?

Well, only the people I know in real life know the real me.
I guess I am more talkative online than offline but not a totally different person.

Yes, definitely, but seeing as I am behind a computer I have much more time to gather my thoughts and opinions rather than in real life were conversations require you to talk with the flow. Behind a computer you have more time to gather yourself and express yourself more thoroughly than in real life.

Whenever something difficult comes up in my life,
I've made it a habit to say to myself, "at least it won't kill you."

Online, you can hide or create behind a different persona. You can make up nicknames for yourself, write stories, and all that. (Which is why most online strangers and highly looked down on). You can be a different person, because you can hide who you are. I am prey of that, I'm like the person you were talking about. Online and in texting, I am the most lively person in the world, but when I meet someone, it takes a lot of time to get me to talk and converse. (I am trying to work on it). I guess it just depends on stuff, you know?
Love is unexpected.

I totally found my perfect match. :D. Set credit to kitinah.

She probably feels more comfortable when she is chatting online.

On soompi -> more calm and less expressive.
Anywhere outside of soompi -> same offline; hyperactive, spazzy, happy-go-lucky, extremely expressive, etc.

nahh..I'm much weirder in real life...I talk a lot but not overboard and I say the most weirdest things ever.
Well...i don't think their weird..i guess people these days...
A lot of things fascinates me...so i would always go.."oohhh....a new ice cream truck!"
And they would raise one eyebrow up and stare at me.

Its kinda funny though really. Like on the computer you can talk to people you dont no3 so easily.
Like you already no3 them. Myspace, facebook, AIM, MSN, or w/e.
BUT, when you meet them in real life, it gets so awkward & stuff lol. You even forget that you met them online haha.

I myself are one of them. But when i get to no3 them (in real life) more, ill talk to them nonstop (in real life) like i do on the computer hehe.

Yeah, I'm super talkative online haha. Around people I know very well, I'll talk a lot too. With talking to new people, I find it's a lot easier to talk to them online than in person because you can't see each other and awkward silences can be filled in with smileys and random things ahha. But I'm working on it. (: But in general, I think I'm the same.
