I was out with a friend to rent a video one night, and we kind of seperated for a while. I was in one section and I heard someone coming and just turned around and was like "OH LET'S WATCH THIS!"; the person was like "Who are you?" and I was just said "Oh my gosh, I'm sorry" and walked away. I felt like such a loser and tried to avoid that person while being at the store, haha.

When I was little midget I used to put my hand in my dad's pocket, I don't know why, but I just did. o_o
So once we were waiting in line, I thought the guy in front of me was my dad so I put my hand in his pocket and he thought I was trying to steal his wallet. x_x

I've mistaken so many to be friends, celebrities, someone I know that if it's not really that person I thought it was, I'm still a bit embarrassed but also kind of expecting that response.

Like today, when I woke up from my nap(so I can't think straight), I thought my sister's friend was my cousin.
I started busting out in vietnamese.

Then I realized that she's not my cousin.
And she's Filippino.

i went to a college fair once and i called out "mom" to some short asian lady who happened to be wearing pretty much the exact same thing as my mom and even tried giving her a pamphlet i was holding
i then saw my mom waving to me and then i quickly walked to her and told her of my plight
the woman i mistook for my mother, i found out later, was the mother of a girl at the all-girls high school that shares classes my high school across the street
at least i didn't rub her hair

one of my roommates last year saw this guy in the dining hall who reminded him of one of our other roommates and he pointed at him and said, "hey look, it's jackie chan!" (a line from an episode from family guy)
the two shared a moment of awkward silence then my roommate walked away hoping the other guy saw the same episode of family guy that he did

I remember I wanted to give my bf (ex-bf) a surprise so I decided to give him a "massage" on the neck in his Math's class so I ran up behind him and gave him a massage but OMG...it wasn't HIM. I ran my butt off after that happened...

back in my 2nd year of university, i remember once i was looking for my friend at a food place during break time.
I saw this girl in a ponytail from behind, sitting at a table. So i walked up to her from behind and smacked her lightly with a newspaper.
She turned around and looked at me.
When i saw her face i was SOOO embarrassed and walked away real fast while saying "sorry, i though u were my friend!"...
When my friend arrived for real, I told her about it and she laughed at me. XD
There's a second time when i saw that girl AGAIN from behind... I was thinking of smacking her in the arm (ASSUMING he was my friend again), until I took caution and walked to the front to see her face. Since she's not who I thought she was, good thing I didn't smack her the 2nd time. XD XD XD
