I saw an ad on TV today about a new exercise program (taking a break from those celebrity miracle diets ^ ^;;) and it seems to actually really work...the results are amazinggggg o.o;;; I'd try it out but It's around 100 bucks for the set (which isn't so bad, but still xD) It's s simple routine, and you burn over a 1000 calories an hour,

Have any of you bought this and tried it? Does it work?

buy the DVDs,
burn/copy them
return them, or sell them on eBay.

About the kettlekinetic triangle-shape thingie, that thing is just a fancy looking weight.
just use a 3 or 5-pound barbell that costs around $10 at Target. It works the same way.

yup, exactly.

the speaker is just sugar-coating it, like any other infomercials.

XD I thought about making a topic on this.
Im glad someone did.
I was wondering if it actually worked too. they make it LOOK like it did. But I saw the infomercial at 3 am at night. I was thinking if this is shown at this late at night I doubt it works.

^ I once saw Turbo Jam and Hip Hop Abs at late night too, around 1-2 am.

Any exercises work, as long as you are fully committed yourself to it.

I saw the commercial too, when they said burn 1000 calories in one hour, there's fine print on the bottom saying like based on a 250 (280?) lb person.

To lose 1000 calories, I'd have to jog for two hours.
I don't think I could get the same amount of work done from doing this... XD

I think it's a scam, or you'd get really tired of it really easy.
