During the summer I have had to work out a lot mainly because of tennis. However, I don't want to build any muscles. I want to lose the fat but I don't want to gain that muscle-ly look. How can you do that? (if possible).
I just want that slimmed, toned look but not muscular.

Do cardio. Run, bike ride, swim etc..
Working out does not have to involve weights.

LIGHT WEIGHTS, HIGH REPETITIONS WHEN WEIGHT LIFTING.
If you don't want to get big, then use lighter weights, but do it 'til exhaustion as in a lot of repetitions! That's all, folks. You will still gain muscle, but you won't get big muscles.

I doubt it's possible to lose weight without gaining muscles, aside from turning annorexic.

if u r going to lift weights
do multiple repetitions w low weights
dont use any heavy weights cuz then u will become muscular
but if ur only doing it for the summer, ir not gonna become super muscly so either way u hav nothing to fear =)
