well today i grilled chicken alfredo at cheddars for lunch, but i barely ate half of it.
and now im eating a turkey cheese sandwhich with wheat bread and a couple of hot cheetos.
i was wondering if it was okay to eat at night and not gain like 894573 pounds, haha not really but you catch my drift
Its 9 o clock and i usually go to bed around 1 or 2.
