Mmmm. Yeah.

Pork-fu.

It's basically delicious!
Even though the texture is a bit weird...
It's often described as hair or carpet

It's tasty though, regardless of the funky texture.
I like putting it on my rice and then adding some soy sauce and mixing it around.

It's like heaven in your mouth.
Well, I think it's like that.

But anyway.

Has anyones else heard or tried any of this?
Anyone actually like it?

Hah the Oriental store has it!
If you get ahold of some and you put it in your hand, it feel liks a ball of yarn.
Seriously.
Haha.
Mmm. Not really like cotton candy.
It doesn't dissolve in your mouth.
But, it's similar in tastiness!

We call it pork floss here. This stuff doesn't taste bad but I don't really like them and especially hate them on bread.

I used to eat it when I was a kid, but my mom doesn't buy it anymore
and I don't like it enough to go out and buy my own.

Haha. Yes basically every Asian store has it, I'm pretty sure.
You SHOULD buy some! It's really cheap. For about a cup, its about $3? And you can buy a huge container for only $5!
