This is tough. Hmmm I would say "Because Love Is in Your Heart" by Leehom's fans hehe. It's track 10 from his "Heroes of the Earth" album. Love, friendship, tears, happiness...all in it.

Hard to pick just one, but Inochi no namae from Spirited Away is one of the most beautiful I've heard. Actually, all of Studio Ghibli's soundtrack songs are lovely.
