So I'm a junior already... and I've finally decided on what I want to become - a pharmacist.

I live in NYC, and I've heard from many people that St. Johns has a great 6-year pharmacy program. Is that true? Does anyone know how much it'll cost? Oh, and does anyone know the requirements to get into the program?

Besides these questions, if you know anything about this school, please do tell.

Thank you. smile.gif

I actually went to visit St. John's during spring break. When you get in, you get a free laptop. Every student does. Umm.. yeah, their pharmacy program is supposed to be good..
I looked up the program for you:
http://www.stjohns.edu/academics/undergrad...ms/pharmacy.stj
"This curriculum gives students a solid foundation in the liberal arts and sciences that is consistent with a strong academic program of study. The program is configured as a six-year course of study that admits students directly into the major without requiring the completion of a pre-pharmacy curriculum."

There ya go! You can probably find out more info about it from looking through the site.

The labtop they give really sucks.
But they are recognized for their pharmacy program.
Some students pay $40,000 each year and some students I know got full scholarship + $10,000 because they recieved high grades in a rigorous school.
