Ok. I know I'm new to the forums here but my friend is in a bit of trouble and I'm not sure where to ask.

She is a Korean citizen and is in Korea right now and she is an adult. She has a return flight back to USA on July 25th.
She lost her passport, id, and most of her documents.
What will she need to get a new passport? Also, is there an option in Korea for rushed passport application?
she is able to obtain her college degree, employment verification, and her approved USA visa documents if this helps.
