What Do You Think Of Really Loud Music?

What do you guys think of people who play their music really loudly and really loud music in general?
I'm talking about people who blast their music in cars so you can hear it when it pasts by, people who turn up their MP3 players really loudly and people who blast music on the streets when they're having a party or just for fun.
Personally, I've always disliked loud music. It gives me a serious headache. X:
I also dislike people who play their music really loudly. I see no reason for it. Why would you ever need to play your music so loudly that someone all the way at the opposite end of a train can still hear it clearly??
I mean, if it's a party or something, I guess it's reasonable for loud music to be playing but I still get annoyed. I hate people who play their music so loud that you can clearly hear the words of the song even when you live a full two streets away. I have neighbors who constantly blast their music, even at night and it's so annoying especially when I'm trying to sleep. T__T
So what about you guys? (:

ahh.. make me feel bad, I'm sorry I'm one of them people XD
Me and my brother usually test out our speakers to see which one has a better bass at night,
we both weren't tired at 12 and was having a music war to see who's side is louder with nicer bass on full volume.
I personally like music over all, depending on my mood.
When I'm angry I blast it up so I can't even think of anything it kind numbens my mind?
Too many people complained so mom bought me them expensive soundproof earphones,
where I can't hear anyone and no one can hear my music.
Blah, I'm going deaf but whaat about my speakers?!

Yea. When you're driving home at 7 PM after another totally pointless day at work, it's actually pretty soothing to blast your music way up. It's become a habit personally.
But I do agree that there's a time and a place. Loud music in libraries or loud music in the dorms during FINALS WEEK is just rude. Rude, y'all.

It depends. I usually blast my music driving down Highway 98, and when others do it I don't really care. If neighbors blasted their music at 3 AM when people are trying to sleep, then it's a problem.

I like turning up the music loudly but not that loudly that it's noise pollution.
I don't mind how loud it is if the music is good and there is good bass.
Yeh, neighbours like that are a nuisance. Add some karaoke in until midnight and it's worse.

I personally feel that people who crank up the volume more than necessary to hear are trying to show off to other people the music they are hearing... Kind of like, "look at me i'm so cool i listen to this".
This applies mostly for people in cars windows rolled down with the volume so high that I can actually feel the bass vibrating my heart.

i hate it when people blast their music in their car and in parties and stuff because i hate that and it annoys me when i have to shout when i need to talk to the person just next to me or something. but for the mp3 one.. im afraid im one of those people xD though when they tell me they can hear my music, i try to turn it down a little xD

Having to live in the bay area for over half of my life, I've grown use to it.
But the only thing that still gets to me is that some car have bad bass. LOL

I'm used to really loud music, my entire family is. My brother and me always blast music from his car speakers, the bass sometimes shakes cars beside us. And when we have a party we have to invite our neigbours so they won't complain. I do feel guilty sometimes though.

well, if its a song i know, i would enjoy it lmfao. but if its some song that i dont like or dont know, i usually complain and tell them to turn it down. but to answer the question, i sometimes enjoy really loud music and sometimes dislike depending on how i am feeling lol.
