Mine is Brisket Pho

1) I add a lot of hoison sauce
2) a lot of jalapenos
3) squeeze all my lime
4) salt and then pepper
5) squirt rooster sauce around my bowl 3 times

i like to eat the noodles first, and then comes the best part, the broth =) yummmmmy

I like to put Hoison Sauce, but only a little, or it be too sweet.
I don't put Greens or bean sprouts or anything of the sort.
I don't like Lime in mine. LOL.
No salt or pepper

I also have a little dipping bowl which has Hoisin and the chili sauce.

Hmm.. I like a lot but i guesss ill go with the combo one Pho Dac Biet or some like that

-HOISEN SAUCE
-LEMON/LIME
-FISH SAUCE
-JALOPENOS
-THEM LEAVES
-and sometimes hot sauce O_O

I would never wanna try putting them in my pho. lol
I'd just get the works - beef tendons, meat balls, etc. =)
I usually end up finishing most of, if not all, the soup because it's so tasty even though I know it's probably bad for you. haha

- Sate chili sauce
- Squirt of lime

I don't really like eating hoisin sauce or the sriracha sauce in my pho

I always have the same one..
It's always the "Special", I forget.
But yeah, I put..
Hot sauce, hoisin sauce.
