I wanna try this~ looks simple enough and fun happy.gif having a personal size cake tongue.gif
I'm pretty sure you can do this with flavors other than chocolate~ hehe

Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons cake flour
4 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons cocoa
1 Egg
3 Tablespoons milk
3 Tablespoons oil
1 Mug

Instructions:
Mix flour, sugar and cocoa
Spoon in 1 egg
Pour in milk and oil, and mix well
Put in microwave for 3 minutes on maximum power (1000watt)
Wait until it stops rising and sets in the mug
Tip contents out of mug onto saucer and enjoy!

Well I could be that lazy girl, but I don't think I will eat that, from a cup? >__< I mean yeah we drink from the cup.
But still, it looks so weird o__o I rather do it on the oven >__<

^ No...there's special flour for cake.
Makes the cake softer?

Reminds me of warm delights. They give you a package, you mix it with water, pop it in the microwave for 3 minutes and bam...you got a cake. xD they also have cookie versions o_o

I don't have cake flour but I made me own 0.o
you mix 2 tablespoon for ever 3/4 cup of flour.
0.o..mine ended up chewy, i'm going to try another attempt (I only have 2 eggs left! T_T)

______________

PICTURES T_T

First attempt. I even put it back in the microwave a few times...0.0

Second attempt. It came out a lot better. I added a bit of baking powder to the mix. This time, instead of cake flour, I used All Purpose flour.

It tastes okay..not my standard of chocolare cake. This version is very dense. Almost like a brownie.

Oh, when it's sticking out of the cup..it looks like a piece of turd.

LIKE, I know right? I mean, how can you do such a thing to a cup! (Sarcasm). But WOW, that was pretty ignorant, haha.

ANYWAYS, I guess I'm one of them 'lazy' people to actually want to try this out! Thanks for sharing this with us!

I've tried that before, and i prefer baking rather than putting it in a microwave, because the cake results in a tougher and drier texture, which i don't like.

I want to try this!
But I don't have cake flour or cocoa.
I wonder what happens if I just use normal flour and like .. Milo.

Yeah, I saw this and HAD to try it XD
I ended up using all purpose flour + a bit of baking powder instead of cake flour.
& I added a bit of vanilla extract + chocolate chips XD

It might look good ... but it was really rubbery and dry. Made it hard to eat. I don't think I added enough baking powder.

I add baking powder to mine too..but that only made it raise more as it cook. If you want a softer cake, add baking soda.
I used APF for my second attempt, I actually made my own cake flour.
