I just read the book and when reading it, make sure you understand everything. I have the Chinese ver. of the book and there are questions on it and some of them are on the actual test! haha, and if you fail...then just try again. I knew a few people that failed.

Your friends don't study the book enough if they all failed.

The test may or may not have trick questions. Read them carefully. Memorize your street signs. There's a difference between school crossing, and a regular crossing sign. Most importantly of all, relax.

All I did was read my book over a period of a month before i took the test, read it cover to cover the night before and it was easy, passed on the first try in 7 minutes.

I read the book while I was waiting in line at the DMV and passed. But then again it's pretty easy to get your learner's permit.

I didn't even study for it. Most things were common sense.
When you are taking the test, just relax and remember to skip the questions you aren't positive on and get to those later.
I don't recall how many times you are allowed to skip a question, but I think the test automatically ends once you have surpassed a certain number of incorrect answers.

easiest way to beat the test. Get all your friends and their official test questions and study them.

I dunno where you're from but in CA there are only like 5 different versions of the test. If u get each version, u can't fail at all.
They will (at least CA dmv) let u keep the test whether u fail or pass. So gather all tests and memorize it.

What?? How can someone fail that test 3x?
There are a lot of stupid people in my Driver's Ed class (sorry, classmates =_=wink.gif who didn't even study and passed on their first time. Or are you parent taught? Driver's Ed teaches you all the information you need to know, maybe that's why? But a lot of the questions are easy to guess.. =/

yeah, it's either you're really stupid or you don't study/read the manual enough

what i did was, log onto the DMV website and take the sample examination questions

youll have to search for them though, but it's there

hope you find it

I passed my test on the first try last month, I got a 23/25 o.o;
It was super easy, the tests over here were on the computer and they provided pictures for everyone question.
As the other soompiers mentioned, all you have to do is read the book once or twice and make sure you understand everything.

What they state in the book is basically common sense and rules. :] Basic memorization!
But I guess, it really depends on the way you learn. There are also some questions in the back of the DMV book, so try looking at those.

Good luck! ^^

this is what you should do, you take all of your friends old tests and study all of them so the next time you take the test, you're bound to have one of their same tests given to you
thats what i did ! i was so lucky to get the same test i was studying(;

All of you guys in the states have written tests? Up here in Canada, it's done on a touch screen with paper being an option...

For Georgia it's done on a computer about 30 to 34 questions.

Here in Washington state, it's called the "written test" but it's all done on computer. laugh.gif I'm sure it's the same for most of the other states...
