Depends on my mood.
If I'm at school and I'm in the hallway or something, I'll just smile, or wave (if i can).

Well, not really.

My greetings have changed over the years... a nice hug and kiss on the cheek has become a "Hello, how are you." or "Hi, good to see you." with a firm handshake. Also, Japanese greetings without contact since I've been in Japan for quite a while.
