to friends I greet them with: Yo, Hej, Hallo
to strangers in my age: Hallo
to be formal: Grüß Gott, Guten Tag

when i greet older people, i bow and say hi. even with strangers or people my age i bow to them. maybe thats a habit for me LOL.

I usually say "Hi!" and wave ^__^
I also do "Hi -insert name-!" and wave xD

Parents family friends
I bow than walk away.haha

And with people I just meet
If there like my age I just smile at them and give a hug;sometimes or with parents asian friends i usually just bow; to viets.
I onced bow to my friends mum and they both started laughing >.<". I forgot they don't bow in there culture.
Ans non asian friends give them a hand shakeand smile.
