i don't shave my neck or back, and i don't recommend it. i shave my belly where my betty button is because i have a bit of stray hairs but thats it

i'm female, and no. i don't shave my back, neck or belly. i've been tempted to shave my stomach but i keep freaking out thinking, every time i shave, the hair will grow back faster & thicker

Wouldn't shave any of those places, unless you're insanely hairy. I have some stray hairs on my belly so I shaved it, but it came back longer and thicker... Wouldn't recommend it, unless you can handle shaving those places everyday...

I shave everything except my back and neck and of course, I don't shave my head. It all started when I was taking and bath one day and got bored. REGRET REGRET.

ugh.. i'm not extremely hairy but it's kinda weird to wear tube tops because I have some hair on my back.. And people say that when you're really skinny you get more hair because you don't have enough fat so your body grows layers of extra hair to keep you "protected" (i'm 5'2 and 80 pounds)
(I have shaved my belly ONCE and my neck twice.. nothing else except my pits and legs)

I'm the hairiest white guy going, so i suggest you take my expert advice. If it's fine hair on the back, neck or wherever else hair shouldn't normally grow then don't shave it, it will grow back faster each time and in some cases even thicker, just wax it. I shaved some unsightly upper arm hair off once and i won't go into details but it left me with only regret and some hella stubbly arms

I feel your pain, this is really embarassing but i'm like super hairy and i used to shave back, arm, underarm, and belly all the time but then it only grew back looking worse. What you should do is wax it. Waxing is a little painful, but it's so much better and it comes back slower and less.
