How do you make the volume louder when you're talking to someone? 0_o. I can barely hear a thing when I'm talking to my friends, it's SO annoying >:[ Do you know how to fix it? If so lmk asap!

are there buttons on the side? that look like up and down arrows. if there are, when you're on the phone, just click up for louder and down and for softer.
i just googled a pic of the shadow, and it seems that the buttons are on the left side.. so try those.

Yeah there are, I tried those too.
But maan the volume is still soft.

take the sticker off!
also the buttons are on the left side.
for your music, when you're at the windows media player... click the up and down buttons for volume.
