I have a 707SCII, it�s in black though. And since it�s prepaid, it doesn�t allow me to dowload my text messages to my computer (I�m sure there�s a way around this though).

Does this phone work in the Philippines? Does it support sim cards? And in your opinion is it a phone that is worth getting?

They have it over @ plemix.com for about $223 something, except the only problem is it out of stock at the moment!

ah, you beat me to it. i was just about to post the same thing. is seems like all the cute japanese phones are out of stock at plemix.

to OP, i don't know where you're located but if you're in toronto, why not check pacific mall? that's where most of the people i know with japanese phones get them. or yahoo auction in japan.

they're out of stock because it's a discontinued line. meaning no more will be made. so it's not an 'at the moment' kind of thing. they will never have more.

BTW if anyone has one of the few 2008 white ones they want to sell....$450 with shipping is what I'm paying...PM me.

Haha I'm so glad I have a white. People are paying arm and limb for one right now. Mine's in great condition too. I am thinking about letting it go..but it's such a beauty.

As for your question. It works worldwide on GSM.
No internet or mms as with all Japanese phones.

It was worth getting back then when I paid $250ish..now that they are $400+, I wouldn't spend that much on it. It is more a phone for looks than functions. But if looks is your thing, this is the phone to get.

I was surprised someone bought a brand new Softbank 707sc WHITE last week for $280 on Ebay...
I didn't know it'd be that cheap even if it's discontinued.
