Can you change your name? Because when i filled out the application i put a user name (stellabella). Now i realize it's supposed to be just your name...how can I change it?

^^ I got that same letter and I think it's a confirmatio ntat you were accpeted...now just sign into cyworld with your email address and password that you entered. It should work.

On mine, it saids "Incis Seoul Korea" and under it would say the amount in won and how much it is converted into US money.

ah ^^ thank you. i don't have a credit card yet.. i'm not 18... gahhh its sooo close! so i'm using my sis's. but yay! i finally got a cyworld after nearly two weeks of trying! ^^

About names:

I don't think you can change your name unless you actually email them requesting for it. Also, you should use your real name (preferably full) because it's going to show up on your cyworld + they might get confused if you put a username.

About customizing:

1) I don't really get what some of you guys are talking about (for games), but games have to be bought or 'scraped' from other people's Cyworlds.

2) Skins, menu colors, etc. have to be bought or be sent as a present.


Other:

Cyworld would not take over 7 days to check your information, unless you messed something up.

when you sign up. there's this one button next to when they ask you to send them your student id. you click on it and something pops up and it says "browse" and at that point i jus click on the student id that i scanned but it didn't do anything. i thot it would just upload it and everything will be sent off.


one question about the student id thingy. ummm do they ask you to send it to them by email? and when you send it to them. do you have to write anything to go along with the id? like your username that you signed up with because they won't know who is the student id from.

^I don't know about a requirement for length, but it has to has to have a number in it? Maybe that;s why you get a popup?


Is anybody else having trouble posting pictures? For some reason, in my "photo" section, when I try to upload a picture it goes to a "page cannot be displayed" screen. Sometimes I get this message:
