^ It means you can't have more than three letters in your password that are the same as your ID.

If you already logged in, just click:

>> 마이싸이월드 (on the top of the page)
>> 회원찾기 (on the left part, second part from bottom)

You can search by:
1. 이름/생년/성별로 >> Name, Year of Birth, sex
2. 이메일 주소로 >> Email address
3. 내 학교정보로 >> School information


But if you dont have Cyworld account, you CANNOT do that since it requires you to log in.

For the symbols, some of them can be used by anyone. Like whether you're a boy or girl, or what your blood type is. But for the rest of the symbols, there IS some sort of requirement before you can get that symbol. Like for the pictures one, you need to have uploaded at least 1000 photos (or maybe it was 10,000 don't remember).

And they've become really strict about names of foreign members. They will NOT change your name unless the name you're changing it to is somewhere on your ID. This means that, NO foreigners can not use nicknames. If you want to change to your Korean name (in Korean characters), that Korean name must be romanized somewhere on your ID (perhaps as a middle name). The only exception is if you have a Chinese name that can be translated into Korean.

Also, just to remind everyone, when you pay for dotoris with your credit card, remember that exchange fees will apply! So if you buy 150 dotoris, it's NOT $15, it's more like $16.50.

Did you include text in your e-mail? Cause before my e-mails would NEVER send cause all I would post was the link to my ID without writing anything with it.

And yes, they understand english. I've gotten an e-mail in english before.

^ Their e-mail server might be down or too busy? After logging in, try posting a 1-on-1 question at the Help/FAQ section of the Cyworld site. They'll e-mail you back with a response. And maizakichi you should be asking about your 2 coupons, not dotoris.
