I think you have to email cycop1@nate.com and send in a form of identification like school ID or driver's license that shows your real name. I did that after I signed up and I was able to log in after 2 days.

okay! i got it! waiting is key, and sending e-mails of your id, even if its more than once. that is my advice.

ok so yesterday i signed up.. tried signing in but i couldnt.. and then i found out about the identification thing and emailed them my school id card (has my photo, birthdate and full name) and now i can sign in.
sooo is my account 'activated'? 0-0

I think getting a Japanese cyworld is much easier than getting a Korean one, but there are a lot of things that are different. You don't have an avatar and I don't think you can edit pictures ]:

But I just made one and if anyone is interested, I'll post up a tutorial of how to make one.

Fill out this form with the following


Click submit and then just go and check your e-mail. The e-mail should be in your junk folder if you use hotmail.

I just realized the Mozilla doesn't show the tabs when you upload new pictures. That's why I thought that you couldn't edit pictures. Thanks ^^; btw, if you add someone the way that you showed. They become your friend, right? Is there a need for accepting them? & I remember this from the first version of US Cyworld, there was a drop down menu for your friends on your Homepage, is that dropdown menu next to the button for going back to your own homepage?

and i think it didnt work because the id i showed them didnt have my birth date or my korean nameee.D:

How do you accept someone? I know that you normally get a message for you to accept a friend, but where would you normally receive that? Because I helped my friends make cyworlds, and I added myself, but I never got any notifications :x

I got my email. and security number but it doesn't seem to accept my name! It says to do it without spaces so I did. i've tried putting my last name first and everything. It doesn't work. Help? T_____T
