^ Wait no the e-mail they sent you doesn't talk about the ID. They're responding to an e-mail you apparently sent them, and they pretty much replied that they have no idea what you're trying to say/ask. They ask you to e-mail them again with exactly what you want to know, b'cuz they're confused and therefore cannot help you.

I'm sorry..hehe.. I read about they confused about something, and I think it was the ID

and about email, I can't register using my yahoo ID (.com) so I used korea.com which is easy to use. They have English tab at the top right so you can easily changed into English languange.

yes you can. some people do it to be unique and sometimes it was an awesome skin that I wanna use too

left click @ his/her name and we can see a pop-up.. put your mouse at the 4th row and you'll see another column..click at 1st row..wait I think, there's a screencaps @ the 1st page..

I don't have a cyworld, but I was wondering if there was a link somewhere or something on other people's cyworlds??
For example, I'm on a member of a group's cyworld and they have a video posted
and I want to get the link to that video or save it/download it,
is it possible??? I'd rather just get the link to the video, but not sure if there's one...

oh, a question... how can I change the header? I saw this already some pages back, it was supposed to be at the same place where I set my "cyworld.com/_____" thing... but I can't find it.

oh.. and another question, maybe it's stupid but... is there anyway I can change my name? or at least modify what will appear? The thing is that I have a pretty long name and it's cut in half everywhere in my cyworld

^ The header? Are you talking about what's at the very top in larger letters on the top of the first page of your hompi? If you're talking about that, you just click on the button next to it, on the first page. It's not in the 관리 section. And you can't change your real name yourself. You must e-mail Cyworld, again with your ID, and ask them to change it for you. But remember that with even a shortened version, it must be spelled the same way on your ID somewhere.
