You Need to Send your I.D. Card.. if you did, try a different I.D Card and when you send it make sure u write your name and the E-mail you used to sign up with ~ ~ ;p let me know what happens

ok so I finally was able to use a computer with internet explorer and I was able to upload my pics
thank god

I still cant change my mini person thing (idk the name)
every time I try to save, a pop up comes up and it wont save

I dont know if you have seen post #5 that should work you just got to make sure you do it step by step the frist time.. let me know if that works. EDIT= oooo ya I will friend you soon... will make a tutorial of... lol ;p

I want to try to buy acorns but when I get to the credit card information screen i can fill out all the info except my resident registration number. I think I was given one when I made my account but I forgot it.

Is there a way to find it again?

I lost my password once. didn't seem like i could get it back that way because of the SS#.. try Sending them am E-mail with " your I.D-Card that you used to sign up, write your name and the E-mail you used to sign up with" Then just ya Lost Password.. that should work... let me know how it goes.

Click your Acorns that will send you to the shop... mess around there and see if you can get it, will hopefully have a Tutorial on busying soon.

When you put in your request, IN the E-mail write your NAME, the E-MAIL you used to sign up with, your Cyworld URL and your I.D-CARD... so resend with that. let me know how that works out.

make sure that you put in a cellphone number... even if it is fake.

I see your using FireFox.... I use that too and i have found that FireFox and CyWorld are NOT friends. Try Internet Explorer and see if that helps. Let me know if that works.

I don't get why they didn't change it.... the only thing that comes to my mind is that your I.D. spells it the same way...... OR .. in this post they say that the only way they change your name is if you want your name to just be your first name and/or if you want your name in Hangul (Korean) http://www.soompi.com/forums/index.php?s=&...&p=10050724
