hmmm... it's kind of helpful. It would be a lot more helpful if you could tell me how did you get to that point. Apparently, that screen comes up when you click on a thing you want to get (if it's available with coupon). Now, the thing is that I don't know how to get to the "catalog" of things I can get (like backgrounds, stuff for the miniroom, etc)... could you or anyone help me?

Oh... and about the FAQ page... well, I think it would work to try to contact the person who started this thread and ask to edit the FIRST post... Now, that first post would always be easy to find coz it won't be carried away as if we do it in this page (133). If that first post could be edited to make an index, listing all tutorials or FAQ and linking them to whatever the page/post number the tutorial/answer is, then I think it would be easier... and more helpful. Still... looking through these 133 pages would certainly take some time

Click your Acorns that will send you to the shop... mess around there and see if you can get it, will hopefully have a Tutorial on busying soon.... Hopefully that will get you to where you want to be...

WOW thats not good at all... Since even if you sent your I.D.-Card and all your info they would only send your Password to that E-Mail.... I forgot my password for 3day before i remembered mine... I would just keep trying to get into cyworld or keep trying your E-mail.... sorry i know thats not what you want to hear.

Well, thanks to Cyworldnewbe I think I figured out how to do the storyroom... You have to buy everything you want in it, though. If I have time maybe I can make a tutorial on it today or tomorrow. The thing is that you have to buy all you want and mix it all together. You can buy text boxes, picture frames (to put photos), backgrounds, media frames (to put videos, apparently, I haven't tried that one)... and extra figures and stuff just to decorate it.

they said "data error please give the correct info"
i kept trying again n again but the result is same...

Just decided to join..
The tutorials on here for joining cy and setting up your account were most helpful for me!
I wanted to send my thanks for having this available on here! ^^
I used my university ID for registration, with my ID number blanked out.
All that was visible was my photo, university name, and underclassmen.
I had no trouble using that for registration. They accepted it easily!

Right now I'm at a problem, especially since the search is not working right now on the forum..
I changed my password a while back on my cy, but I can't remember it now..
And I also can't figure out how to change/reset it since I don't have an ID number to type into the fields on the reset page..
Anyone able to help me out there?

CONGRATULATIONS! YOU'RE A CYWORLD MEMBER!
ur already a member. that's why ur email is taken when u try to re-register.
what u have to do is to send an email to cycop1@nate.com and attach your photo ID.
the ID needs to include the name u used to register, ur birthday, and your picture. you can black out anything else that's important x]
you have to make sure they receive the email WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR REGISTRATION DATE OR THEY WILL DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT. after they get the email, i think they send a confirmation email back (not quite sure). but just keep checking cyworld and trying to log in, and soon you should be directed to the regular cyworld page when you log in xD.

when u say english cyworld, do u mean the korean cy in english registration? (if so, a @yahoo.com email is different from a @yahoo.co.kr email; and they only accept @yahoo.co.kr. just make a @hotmail.com email if thats the case.)what browser were u using? make sure to use internet explorer and ur problems should be solved.

and remember to send id w/ picture, bday, and name u used to register w/in 7 days of ur registration or they will delete your account. email it to cycop1@nate.com.
