If you're using Internet Explorer you shouldn't have any issues.
After you get to that page, just click the button that says "확인"
and it'll bring you back to fill out the information about the video.
After you fill out the information just click the "확인" button in the
corner and voila, you have uploaded your video. :]
I can make a video tutorial if you guys want me to.
EDIT!!
Question...so I uploaded my picture, but I don't know how to put it as my profile picture. How do I do that?
Once you upload a picture, you can go to it from the photo tab and underneath it will say "메인등록".
Click on that to make it your default / main photo. :]

it keeps saying 실배 eventhough the uploading was 100% already.
i was upload 9.40 minutes long mp4 video (44mb).
i've tried 3 times but the result always the same. uploading 100% then the next window said 실배 and ask me to re-upload it or close the window.
i use IE.
but when i tried a smaller size one, it success. after 100% uploading, the next window exactly like yours.
what's the problem?

The only thing I can think of is that the video is too long, but from what you said it's still 20 seconds under their limit. :/
Sorry I can't be any more help than that. Hopefully someone can come along and be of more help.

So am I allowed to change my email address to something else? I used my hotmail account and I want to change it to my yahoo account. Will I be able to do that or do I stay with the hotmail one?

You can sign up for an account without a Korean identification number.
If I remember correctly, the only way you can get an identification number is if you have lived in Korea (i.e. international student).

If that doesn't work can I apply for a new Cyworld? Or is it not allowed?

log into cyworld and then when the page loads, click 마이싸이월드 or go to http://my.cyworld.com. afterwards...you should be at a page with an orange bar and four links. "hover" to the one that says 내정보 and then you should see a new set of buttons/links and then go to 로그인ID and it should be pretty straightforward from there.

It's asking you for your Social Security number, but unless you have a Korean SSN it won't work the same I don't think.
I remember reading about this somewhere when I was backlogging through the thread but now I can't find it. >_<
You can apply for a new Cyworld, you just have to use a different email address from the one you originally used.

Has anybody sent in there school ID in and Cyworld excepted it?
Cuz I did that and they denied me...my id has basic info like the school name, my pic, and my student ID number..
Do I need more than that??

So I live in the U.S. I clicked on the English registration and filled everything out... e-mail and identification are fine... The only thing I can't figure out is the phone number. For the U.S., I know the beginning number is +1. BUT the area code is 3 numbers! On the example it said for the number to look something like: 82-2-XXX-XXXX, but my number is 1-XXX-XXX-XXXX. ;____; What can I do?? Then I just try typing random numbers, and THAT time no error message pops up, but instead the approval button isn't clickable. I don't know what to do... Help would be loved...
