When you're friends with that person, you should see a text form next to where it says "What Friends Say"
and that's where you can write a comment. If you aren't friends with them or they've removed that
section from their home page, then you won't be able to leave a comment there.


So still no dotori, I'm thinking it's because I had my name changed to hangeul. :/
Which is what I wanted, but sucks since I probably won't be able to buy dotori now.

It could be a database error. Are you using internet explorer to sign up?
I would just try again a little later and see if you get the same message.
Something may not be loading properly for you causing the error.

It's okay to delete them. It's just notices for requests that you've sent.
No one will be deleted from your ilchons or vice versa.

Is there any way that when I comment on someone's page or anything like that, that only a nickname can show and not my whole name? Cuz my name is pretty long and I don't like that it all shows...

You would have to change your whole name... Like, send an email to Cyworld to request a name change. >o< Thats what I did, changed my name to just my first name. I don't believe nicknames can show up instead.

.....I'm guessing your trying to sign up for CyWorld.kr ??? I have help a lot of people with this.. I can help you if you like.
most comman problem is you didn't click to see if your E_mail was ok to use and 2nd is that you have to put in a cellphone number even if it is fake.
P.S. FireFox and CyWorld DON'T get alone.. fix I.E ...easiest way download and reinstall..

i think we all have this problem when trying to recharge dotori and get this kind of error message.

it's very funny because it's the same credit card i always use.

i tried different cards, still not working.



any other suggestion, besides having friends buy it and give money to them??

yeah, i keep getting that message.

i went on the VISA website about the secure service since cy said i wasn't signed up, but when i tried to get my card authorized for that program it said my type of card won't work. i tried my friend's credit cards as well as my parents to see if ANY of us were able to be a part of it, but everyone was rejected. i emailed them an inquiry & they said to call my bank / visa directly.. ugh. such a hassle.

Ok I Got The Fix For Visa.

When you get the message="you have not been signed up for VISA 3d secure service"
It means you do NOT have visa's "Verified by Visa feature"... IT IS FREE! and you need it to buy acorns now.

The page that your are trying to get to, so you can active this feature on your card is this.
https://usa.visa.com/personal/security/vbv/index.html

You DON'T have to use that link (trust issues). You can find it on the visa web site under [personal> Visa Security Program > Verified by Visa] Then under "Activate the Verified by Visa feature" click ACTIVATE NOW and then just do what is says.
{Also you can call visa at 1800-847-2911 and they will tell you the samething.If you not in the USA here are visa other numbers }

There is NO down sides to this.
1. It takes 10sec to finish..
2. you can buy acorns are after you done signing up.
3. There is NO fee to this... (my bank and visa told me that.)
*4. All this does is add another password to your card.


Now once you finish ACTIVATING this on your card .. Instead of get the message="you have not been signed up for VISA 3d secure service" you will see this page where you have to put in the extra password you just added to your card and your all done you just bought acorns again.

^ I got the same thing with my MASTER Card but everything of this step is alright... After I submit a new windows opened but the page don't want to charge and I got a message. Even sometimes when I start to open INIPAY, my computer bug >.< and reboot by himself.. I don't understand what happen, but I try a lot of times T-T

When I try to another computer I can't even submit my number cart to go in the other step..
