Did you use the format that was previously used by others in this thread?

If you did, it will only work if you send them the same ID you sent them the first time you registered.

If you do not have a registered Korean name, they will only romanize your English name to Korean. But if you have a Korean name, you must send them an attachment of the ID you registered with, as well as another ID showing your real Korean name. I hope this helps!

The first... I think it�s to show or hide the whole pictures folder... you have it set up to show. Then, under "Random photos", you can pick if that one album is for show for everyone, friends or private (the option that�s in the capture is the "private" one). So basically, the way you have it set up would be ok, I think.

I only have a Korean cyworld, so I�m not 100% sure... you could quote this and ask in the JP thread in you want confirmation, cos my Japanese isn�t that good.

I have a Korean CY. Why is that I can read my visitor's comment in a Dell w/ Window XP PC, a Dell Laptop w/ Window Vista, but fail to see anything on
screen of a Dell w/ Window's Vista?

The same thing happen when I visit other people's cy. The cy will display fully with Window XP and Window Vista Laptop but become blank
when I use the one with Window Vista PC.

This just happen recently. I may have delete something in the Vista PC because I was able to read all postings in cyworld before
with the same Vista PC.

Please help.

i dont understand the whole meaning of that message but as much as i understand they said that they had to show the contents of your mail as a question mark. They were unable to determine the side questions. And told us to check back to the help desk, contact them and they'll answer more accurate.
