I'm trying to make a cyworld account but the confirmation number is taking a while to send.
Will it take days? If so, can I exit the window and once I get the number, start over?

^ it shouldn't take days for the confirmation number. maybe you should use a different email. some takes forever or sometimes end up not going through. try msn, yahoo, gmail, or other email

Your password must be in alphanumeric, As for symbol, only those mentioned can be used.

Actually my kr language ability is also limited.
Do not use more than 3 consecutive ID number/alpha in your password...
Avoid using "easy to guess" password such as your Identity no., birthday, phone no., etc
Avoid using same password which you have used for other websites...

Hey everyone. It has been a while when I logged on to Cyworld and when I did they asked me to change my password and I did. Now after a while of not logging in after that I have forgotten my password. Everything i tried to remember does not log me into my account. I am an amercican citizen so I do not have a korean social security number which is needed for me to do my password look up. When I signed up for Cyworld I signed up as a overseas member and didnt have to enter a social security number. I emailed cyworld's helpdesk a couple or so weeks ago and they have not responded to me. Is there any way for me to recover my lost/forgotten password?

i was having this problem too on the previous months
but then i took my courage and mail to cyworld staff at town_help@nate.com
ask them for resetting password and do not forget to attach your ID
they're pretty fast in replying and they DID reply in english too, how weird LOL

You have to verify your identity by emailing them your passport / driving licence / Identity card ..anyone of them to the email address as stated.

Does anyone know how to save moving pictures to my computer?
They're like gifs, but they're not 'cause I've saved some gifs before.
Basically, it's like a single picture, but it changes into different images (?)
