It has to be the name you ORIGINALLY registered with - otherwise, you have to wait for over a week to re-register.

so im having trouble with saving

Um, you probably figured it out already, but you have to keep scrolling to see the SUBMIT button. There's no scrollbar, so just highlight the text and scroll down. I was like "what the hell?" looking for the SUBMIT button just like you, but it is there. It's just hidden. -____- You're talking about attaching the ID directly to the application form, right?
